At Permit Signal, privacy is a core principle. While our platform compiles and analyzes publicly available data, we respect every individual’s right to control how their information appears within our system. You may request that ownership details be removed from property records accessible to paid users of our platform.
How It Works
- Submit a Request: Complete the form below with the property address and your identifying information.
- Verification: For privacy and security, we’ll verify your identity and relationship to the property before processing any request.
- Processing Time: Approved redactions are typically completed within 10 business days. Once processed, ownership details will no longer appear within the Permit Signal platform.
Important Notes
- Scope of Removal: Redaction applies only to records displayed within Permit Signal. It does not alter or remove the underlying information from municipal or state public record systems.
- Search Engine Caching: Because Permit Signal is a subscription platform, redacted information is not publicly indexed. However, internal dashboards or cached user views may take up to 30 days to update.
- Duration: Redactions remain active until the property changes ownership or new public filings repopulate the data feed.
- Additional Properties: Each property requires its own request submission.
